The emergency situation due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) impacts differently on women and people in vulnerable situations in the different regions of our country. This document provides guidelines to regional and local governments to carry out actions with a gender perspective that respond to the needs of all people in their diversity and without leaving anyone behind.
